To register as a seller, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete, and current information. The platform reserves the right to reject any application for any reason during the approval process.

Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing or selling assets that:

• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Are obtained through illegal means or unauthorized access.
• Violate the terms of service of the original asset provider (e.g., social media platform terms).

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Payouts and Fees

Payouts are processed according to our current fee schedule. We reserve the right to hold funds in the event of suspected fraud or pending disputes. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account at any time for violation of these terms or any behavior deemed detrimental to the marketplace community.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform provides a venue for transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the assets listed by sellers. Sellers indemnify the platform against any claims arising from their transactions.
